Legal Notice

1. Track retention time 
As per our legal obligations, we shall retain your music data within our system for a maximum duration of one year. Within this time frame, you may request the retrieval of your track in either MP3 or WAV format, as needed. Additionally, you maintain the prerogative to undertake re-recording, revisions, or alterations to your track by arranging a studio session at your expense.

2. Copyright
You retain full responsibility for the copyright of your track unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon with the studio. It is incumbent upon you to engage with the appropriate regulatory bodies to safeguard your intellectual property rights. Ziah Productions assumes no liability or legal responsibility in this regard. You are solely accountable for ensuring the legality of your beats, lyrics, samples and all other aspects related to your music. Ziah Productions shall not be held liable for any errors or oversights on your part.

3. Ownership

Ownership of your beat and lyrics is your sole responsibility. You are required to obtain appropriate licenses and permissions for the use of any samples, beats, lyrics, or other copyrighted material belonging to another artist. Ziah Production bears no liability for any complaints or issues arising from their use.

4. Publication rights

Publication rights must be carefully considered. As the owner of your music, you retain the discretion to determine how and where your music will be distributed and shared with the public. Ziah Production assumes no responsibility for publishing your music on any platform and shall not be held liable for any issues that may arise.

5. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services from Ziah Production. The deposit amount will vary depending on the package booked  and is payable upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation by the client. Once a deposit has been paid, it is considered a commitment to the agreed-upon services. If Ziah production need to cancel your booking you are entitled to a full refund to the value of your deposit or this deposit can be retained and used for another booking of the same package at a different date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total service fee is due upon arrival at the recording studio premises of the agreed-upon services and before the delivery of the final product.

Non-Refund-ability of Final Product: Once the final product has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued, irrespective of the client's satisfaction with the product. By accepting delivery of the final product, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are satisfied with the services provided by ziah production.

Agreement to Final Product: Prior to the delivery of the final product, the client will have the opportunity to review and approve the product. Once the final product has been delivered, it is deemed accepted by the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: The Company accepts all payment methods, including but not limited to cash, bank transfer, credit card, and online payment platforms.

By engaging the services of the Company, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these payment terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of services and any payments made.

6. Whats included in your chosen package

Recording, mixing and mastering: 

Package1:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 90-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record a complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo mixing and mastering by our team within one week from the recording date. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package2:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 180-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 2 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo mixing and mastering by our team within one week from the recording date.  The delivery of your finished product will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package3:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 270-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 3 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo mixing and mastering by our team within one week from the recording date.  The delivery of your finished product will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Recording:

Package1:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 60-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record a complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. This package does not offer mixing and mastering, you can choose a third party of your choice for that service. The recording  will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. If you require your track stems this can be arranged upon request. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package2:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 120-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 2 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. This package does not offer mixing and mastering, you can choose a third party of your choice for that service. The recording  will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. If you require your track stems this can be arranged upon request. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package3:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 180-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 3 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. This package does not offer mixing and mastering, you can choose a third party of your choice for that service. The recording  will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. If you require your track stems this can be arranged upon request. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Full Music and video production package: 

Package1:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 90-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises and a 60 min consultation with our Media and production team regarding the video shoot. You shall have the right to record a complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo mixing and mastering by our team within one week from the recording date. This package also includes a music video choreographed by our video production team and yourself. The video production will include shooting, editing and final product. This does not included the costs of travel, props or anything required to shoot the music video. This includes professional equipment to achieve a professional music video. The date and times for shooting will be arranged mutually, any outside shooting will be weather dependent and might be canceled and rescheduled this does not constitute grounds for a refund. The finished product, which will be transmitted to your Laptop directly or transferred onto a external hard drive or memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for faulty external hard drive or memory sticks.

Package2:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 90-minute recording session and a full freestyle like video production only using shoots within the ziah production studio premises ( booth and mixing room). You shall have the right to record a complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo mixing and mastering by our team within one week from the recording date. This package also includes a music video choreographed by our video production team and yourself. The video production will include shooting, editing and final product. This does not included the costs of travel, props or anything required to shoot the music video. This includes professional equipment to achieve a professional music video. The date and times of the freestyle video production will be on the same day as your studio booking. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to your Laptop directly or transferred onto a external hard drive or memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for faulty external hard drive or memory sticks.

Recording + Demo Mix: 

Package1:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 90-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record a complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, the track will undergo a demo mixing process within one week from the recording date. Please be aware that this service does not include a full mix and master of the track. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package2:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 180-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 2 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session.Subsequently, both tracks will undergo a demo mixing process within one week from the recording date. Please be aware that this service does not include a full mix and master of the track. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Package3:

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with a 270-minute recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You shall have the right to record 3 complete track using an instrumental of your choosing provided by you. This instrumental track has to be available on the day of your recording session. Subsequently, all three tracks will undergo a demo mixing process within one week from the recording date. Please be aware that this service does not include a full mix and master of the track. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Hourly booking:

This package covers the hourly booking costs for Ziah Production studio. You'll have access to the studio for the duration of your session, with an engineer present to facilitate the recording process and ensure professional sound quality. You can record any tracks using  instrumental of your choice, which you need to provide and have ready on the day of your session. This package does not offer mixing and mastering, You can choose our mastering and mixing package if you require or you can choose a third party of your choice for that service. The recording  will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats. Alternatively, the files can be transferred onto a memory stick provided by you. If you require your track stems this can be arranged upon request. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SELFSERVICE STUDIO. AN ENGENEER WILL BE PRESENT AT ALL TIME.

Mixing and Mastering: 

This package deal encompasses the expenses associated with the mixing and mastering of a track pre-recorded by yourself at any other third party. You will need to provide us a full track with all the stems unmixed including but not limited Vocals, instrumental.  This will not include a recording session at the Ziah Production studio premises. You are required to  transmit your audio files to ziah production via email in WAV or Mp3 formats. If Ziah production deems the quality to be too poor for mixing you will be informed and issued a refund to the original method of payment. The delivery of the finished product, which will be transmitted to you via email in MP3 and WAV formats.. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for incorrect email addresses or faulty external memory sticks.

Video production:

 This package includes a  video choreographed by our video production team and yourself. The video production will include shooting, editing and final product. If this is a for a music video you are required to provide us with your music as an mp3 on the day of the recording. This package does not included the costs of travel, props or anything required to shoot the music video. This includes professional equipment to achieve a professional music video. The date and times for shooting will be arranged mutually, any outside shooting will be weather dependent, if the weather is too bad the shoot might be canceled and rescheduled to another date, this does not not constitute grounds for a refund. The finished product, which will be transmitted to your Laptop directly or transferred onto a external hard drive or memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for faulty external hard drive or memory sticks.

Video editing: 

This package includes  video editing only and does not include any video shooting or studio time. You are required to provide the team with your own video in a format discussed with the team. The video will then be edited by the team to create a professional final product. If the quality of the shoot is too poor we will not be able to use your work , you will be then offered a refund of the total amount of deposit you have paid. The finished product, which will be transmitted to your Laptop directly or transferred onto a external hard drive or memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for faulty external hard drive or memory sticks.

Video shooting: 

This package includes  video shooting only and does not include any video editing or studio time. You will discuss with the team what your vision is and arrange and agree on a mutual date and time when the shooting can take place.  Any outside shooting will be weather dependent, if the weather is too bad the shoot might be canceled and rescheduled to another date agreed by both parties, this does not not constitute grounds for a refund. The video will then be transferred to you in a raw format for you to edit as you please.  This will be transmitted to your Laptop directly or transferred onto a external hard drive or memory stick provided by you. Ziah Production shall not be held liable for faulty external hard drive or memory sticks.

7. Use of Videos and Pictures

By entering our premises, you consent to the use of any videos or pictures taken on the premises by ziah Production ("the Company") for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes.

You hereby grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any videos or pictures taken on the premises on any platform, including but not limited to websites, social media, and marketing materials.

The Company shall have the right to use and sub-license the use of such videos and pictures without any further consent or compensation to you.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of our staff upon entering the premises.

8. Live Streaming Sessions

By participating in live streaming sessions hosted at Ziah Production recording studio premises ("the Premises"), you consent to the following terms:

Live:The live session shall be streamed online in real-time on various platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Recording: Live streaming sessions conducted at the Premises will be recorded by Ziah Production ("the Company"). These recordings may be used by the Company for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes, including but not limited to distribution on various platforms under the Ziah Production name.

Usage Rights: You hereby grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any recordings or pictures taken during the live streaming sessions on any platform, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Organizer: Live streaming sessions at the Premises are organized and hosted by Ziah Production. The Company reserves the right to determine the content, format, and duration of these sessions.

Payment: This is not a remunerated performance. The artist comes of their own free will and performs for free.

Consent: By participating in live streaming sessions at the Premises, you acknowledge and agree to the recording and use of your likeness, voice, and performance as described herein. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform a member of the Ziah Production team before the commencement of the session.

Acknowledgement

By acknowledging and complying with these legal terms and conditions, you consent to and affirmatively accept the use of our recording studio facilities for your project. These legal terms and conditions are fundamental in safeguarding your rights as creators and our rights as a recording studio

Terms of Use of our website
